The most satisfactory point
in this despatch is the statement that the actual revenue for 1872,
exceeded the estimates by
$48,297, and the expenditure has been less than the estimates to the extent of
$45,743.
The outstanding land revenue... (a rebuttable asset) is also diminishing. 3/7/72

and, putting the probable, unavailable sums, the assets are returned at $161,000, of which probably $121,000 is really available.
Supplementary
Estimates amount to
$80,000.
Some $58,000 are due to works and buildings, roads, streets, & bridges, There are some items which seem to me to call for
